It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas, and we couldn't resist creating this special Santa's cake.
It's made with two layers of strawberry gelato and chocolate gelato atop a layer of sponge, it's finished with red velvet spray, white chocolate ganache and fondant decorations.

INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend to use a cooler bag for the driver back home, the cake will keep for around 20 minutes outside the freezer. Once home keep the cake in its original box in the coldest side of your freezer (-18c) until serving.
